✷ offers on adoptables must be done through comments on the adoptable. offers via dms will hereby be ignored✷ payments will be made through me sending you a PayPal invoice and you will be expected to make your (first) payment within 48 hours✷ if the payment is not made within 48 hours, the adoptable will go back on sale✷ payments is expected either completely upfront or in separate payments over the course of a month✷ a fully transparent, unwatermarked version of the adopt may be provided upon requestselling / trading / gifting✷ you may not resell or trade an adopt received as a gift✷ adopts cannot be resold for more than the original price unless accompanied by extra artwork (commissioned or personal)✷ adopts received through trade cannot be resold unless accompanied by extra artwork✷ gifting is allowedownership✷ my adopts may not be used for any commercial use (i.e. anything that will turn up profit), otherwise you may use the adopt however you like✷ you must credit me as the creator of the design. if the character evolves beyond the current design to the point of being unrecognizable you may add yourself as a creator, but not remove me from credit

Commissions

✷ contact for commissions should be done via direct message✷payments will be made through me sending you a PayPal invoice and you will be expected to make your (first) payment within 48 hours✷ payments are expected either completely upfront or in separate payments over the course of a month✷ failure to pay or communicate about payment within a timely manner will result in the commission being cancelled✷ full and complete references for the commissioned work must be provided before work on the commission begins✷ I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation✷ ensure that you have permission to use any art you share with me as reference; do not send me art of characters you do not have permission to userights and usage✷ I retain intellectual property and distribution rights to any work created, meaning I retain the right to display the work on portfolios, social media, and on advertisements for my work✷ you may not use work commissioned from me for commercial use, otherwise you may use the work for any personal use (i.e. social media icons or banners, posting to social media, print and display in personal spaces, etc.) provided credit is given✷ you may not modify the commissioned artwork without prior permission from myself
